Full Journal pdf2003-04-11 House Journal Page 0942 HB 71 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 924) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 71 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Certified Direct-Entry Midwives." and 2003-04-11 House Journal Page 0943 SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71(FIN) "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Certified Direct-Entry Midwives; and relating to the regulation of certified direct-entry midwives." (SCR 7 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 71, thus adopting SCS HB 71(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 71?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS HB 71(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
